I updated my xcode and macOS to support my app for iOS 15 and after the update my projects which i developed in xcode 12 is not opening anymore, it keeps crashing.
The debugger doesn't stop in any of the PacketTunnelProvider methods (I'm awaiting the process by the name of the extension), no logs, I've even tried writing to a file to see if it passes through any of the methods without luck. I would expect all the requests that go to 192.168.0.123:9999 trigger my extension, any of the PackeTunnelProvider methods, but that's not the case. I just want to see the messageData flowing through PacketTunnelProvider.handleAppMessage and let them continue to their original destination.
There's no VPN server with that IP, not local, not remote. I can see the VPN config in the preferences: Manager.localizedDescription = "NameNEPT"
Set up a target of a System Network Extension with the same entitlements as the app and the bundle identifier is prefixed with the bundle id of the macOS app. Set up a target of a macOS app with Network Extensions Packet Tunnel capabilities and entitlements. I can't get a Network Extension with a VPN Packet Tunnel working.
